2020 Design Honours Project
Work Together is a visual communication system highlighting the gender equality policies and strategies implemented within Australian workplaces. Utilising data collected from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, the system advocates for greater transparency and understanding of where companies stand in relation to five key categories: Employee Support, Parental Support, Workplace Development, Women in Leadership, and Pay Equity.
